This class will be 45 minutes of non-stop movement and sweating. Modifications will be generously provided. What You Need: An exercise mat, rug, carpet, or towel Two Small Towels or "Gliders" Light Weights or Resistance Bands (1-3lbs) or two cans of food Heavier Weights or Resistance Bands (good for chest, back and legs) Steps, a stool or book(s) for Step Ups A chair *This class is not recommended to those overcoming a recent injury or those prone to injury.
