In this class, we will work our way through a series of exercises designed to activate and strengthen your muscles, particularly the smaller muscles. Most of the exercises will be done on the floor, making this an ideal workout for beginners or those with limitations. However, it is also ideal for those who want a workout that focuses on muscle activation and the fine-tuning required to prevent injuries and get the most out of more intense workouts. What You Need: An exercise mat, rug, carpet, or towel Two Small Towels or "Gliders" Light Weights (1-3lbs) or two cans of food Long Resistance Bands A chair with a pad or upholstered, couch or stability ball Versa Loops or Mini Bands (advanced students)
