Learn the technique of self myofascial release or better known as "foam rolling" This process allows the muscles to glide more fluidly, prepare for a workout and also shorten recovery time following a workout. We will also work through several stretches to increase flexibility through the lengthening of the muscles.
Please provide 24 hour notice if a cancellation is needed. If less than 24 hour notice is provided, you will risk forfeiting the session.
