About the Event
This program is 100% Online and will include LIVE online fitness classes, on demand workouts, a healthy grocery list and meal preparation videos.
The LIVE Online Class Schedule will be instructed by Certified Fitness Trainers, Marita Gumbs of Fight 2B Fit DC and Chickaro Martin, The Health Architect. There will be three 45 minute classes offered weekly, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday with a morning (8am) and evening (730p) class option. This will amount to a total of nine LIVE Online Classes.
Additionally, you will receive two workouts per week to do at your convenience. These workouts will be on the Fight 2B Fit DC Trainerize App and will include videos of every exercise included in your workout. The workouts will be designed via a collaboration of both Fight 2B Fit DC and The Health Architect.
Lastly, you will receive a healthy grocery list and weekly videos from Chef Gigi, The Side Dish Queen. Her weekly videos will share meal ideas and teach you the versatility of various foods.
The mission of this 21 Day Challenge is to ignite lifestyle changes by immersing you into a consistent exercise regimen and bringing new life to your eating habits.
