About the Event
Our mission is to utilize running to build a community that promotes health and wellness.
Open to all running levels AND walkers, we meet ‘East of the River’ where there is a lack of grocery stores, gyms, fitness studios, healthy eateries and other entities that facilitate healthy living. With this being said we look to collaborate with businesses and organizations in Wards 7 & 8 that also promote healthy living.
