You want to build muscle, tone and lose weight, but you can't effectively achieve these goals without addressing the fundamentals first. If you want to build a house, you need to put down a foundation first or you'll end up with a shack! Your body is no different.
In this one hour course, you will be provided with an overview of the key elements that every fitness program must address in order to be effective.
While form is critical to function, it's only part of the equation. We will scratch the surface as we review movement, stretching and foam rolling, but we will dig a bit deeper when we discuss activation, isolation and muscle recruitment. With all of these elements you will get the results you want, prevent injuries and Fight 2B Fit!
