This total body workout will make you burn and sweat at a steady pace. We use weights and body weight in this steady-paced workout.
What You Need:
An exercise mat, rug, carpet, or towel Two Small Towels or "Gliders" Light Weights or Resistance Bands (1-3lbs) or two cans of food Medium Weights or Resistance Bands (good for arm exercises) Heavier Weights or Resistance Bands (good for chest, back and legs) Steps, a stool or book(s) for Step Ups A chair
